Clare - Red Weather Alert – Courts Cancelled – 7 December 2021.

Due to the issuing of a Red Weather Warning for County Clare tomorrow,
No Courts will sit in Clare on Tuesday the 7th of December 2021.

1. His Honour Judge O'Callaghan has adjourned tomorrow's Family Law list at Ennis Circuit Court to Ennis Circuit Court on Wednesday the 2^nd of February, 2022 at 10.30 a.m.

2. Judge Mary Emer Larkin has adjourned all matters listed at Killaloe District Court (sitting at Ennis) tomorrow to Killaloe District Court (sitting at Ennis) on Tuesday 4^th January, 2022 at 10.30 a.m.

3. Judge Bernadette Owens has adjourned matters listed at Ennis Special Family Law Court scheduled to sit at Ennis Courthouse tomorrow at 10.30am to Wednesday the 8th of December 2021 to fix new dates for hearing.
